How will you ship my order?

We send our treats out by second class post. We charge a standard postage and packing fee of £3.95.

If your order is 2kg or over please see the delivery section below for information on courier fees. Or if you need your treats urgently, please contact us direct.

Can you ship internationally?

Sadly not. As Beautiful Joe’s is a meat product most countries won’t allow it to be imported without a license, which (due to our size) we can’t afford.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

We are proud to say that almost all our customers come to us by word of mouth. In order to ensure that we maintain our reputation for quality, service and integrity we guarantee that your treats will arrive in first-class condition on the promised date. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our treats simply follow the instructions in the delivery package and we will refund the cost in full and without argument. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights – you can find more information on those on the Which? website.

Delivery

Smaller orders and subscriptions up to 2kg are £3.95 via Royal Mail (second class).
Orders that weigh between 2kg and 49kg are sent by courier and charged as follows:

England, Wales & NI – £11.20 (inc VAT)
Scottish Lowlands – £14.20 (inc VAT)
Scottish Highlands 2-day – £19.00 (inc VAT)

Please contact us for courier charges for deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Saturday delivery and the next day before 1 pm (extra £5.10).

We offer free delivery on all mainland orders of 50kg and over.

An environmental charge of £1 per box (up to 3 boxes) applies to courier deliveries
